Kyriad Restaurant Centre Spa Vichy

Stayed one night at a well-located hotel in central Vichy. Despite the small room, I slept comfortably on the good mattress. The service was satisfactory and the price was reasonable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the main sites, shops, and the river. While the free WiFi was slow, it's understandable since it was provided at no extra cost. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked decent.

Location, location, location, with basic comfort.

The 'superior' room we stayed was very small. I wonder how small standard room...

Design room looked nice, manager during checkout was very friendly and gave us a discount because no ac was available in superior room. We paid for a normal room instead of the superior we used. Beds are comfy and hotel position is very central in the city center. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

No parking included, we had to drive around to find a spot. Staff at check inn was not very capable , did not understand my request for airconditioning and spoke no english. Rooms are not very big, we had a superior room. Since it was warm outside and there was no airconditioning in the room we had to open the windows and there was lots of noise from street traffic. Ask for a room away from the street side or bring earplugs! At check out we learned that there were only 2 mobile airconditioners, which were already in use in other rooms. Bathrooms are rather small but look nice.

Pro: The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was supervery comfy and tidy. The location was convenient, walking distance to downtown and the casino. The staff were great too make our stay enjoyable.

The toilet in our room was incredibly cramped and uncomfortable. we had some difficulty finding parking and unloading our luggage due to double parking outside the hotel.

The hotel's location was highly convenient for exploring the city during our stay. The room service was outstanding, and the quality of the food for dinner was exceptional. the room was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.

The limited parking space, which could be challenging for those traveling by car, and the small size of the room. However, it did not affect our overall experience too much, and we were still able to enjoy our stay.
